Delete Your Catchimals Account

You can delete your account inside the app from Options > Delete Account. This is the best path because it securely attaches the deletion to your signed-in Catchimals user ID.

If you cannot access the app, email support@catchimals.com from the email address linked to your account and include "Catchimals account deletion" in the subject.

What Is Deleted

Deletion requests cover your Catchimals account profile, cloud save data, catches, uploaded gameplay photos, comments, likes, notification tokens, and associated gameplay records unless retention is required for fraud prevention, purchase records, legal obligations, or platform dispute handling.

Timing

In-app deletion starts immediately after you confirm. Email requests are reviewed as soon as practical. Some backups, logs, and store transaction records may remain for a limited period where required for security, compliance, or purchase support.
